These personas are then used to create alignment among our team, guiding the overall program execution from concept through design and execution.
These personas, in conjunction with your brand objectives guide our evaluation of your existing digital initiatives. Unlike some shops, we don’t immediately presume that you need to start fresh and wipe out all that has gone before. With a clear understanding of your consumer, your goals and the existing initiatives, we work with you to prioritize, plan and optimize your investments. Part of that focus on optimization of your investments is to review existing digital experiences from a design and usability perspective. With the customer persona, and your brand goals our view is to improve performance and optimize the customer experience and conversion.
