Sometimes the data really doesn’t provide the whole picture, and we need to dig deeper. Online surveys allow us to gather the qualitative data we need to better understand what the numbers are saying. This self-expressed data is captured and associated with your customer’s profile, and when appropriate can be used to engage in a one-to-one dialogue with them around their self expressed needs, wants and attitudes.
